Description

The Sense It Spot Leak Detection Sensor provides continuous monitoring for water leaks in areas where early detection is essential. Using an integrated high-sensitivity leak probe, it detects the presence of water directly beneath the sensor and immediately reports leak events, allowing maintenance teams to respond before significant damage occurs.

The sensor is ideal for monitoring beneath air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, water tanks, pumps, pipework, sinks, server racks, electrical panels and plant room equipment. It is also well suited to offices, commercial buildings, hospitals, laboratories, warehouses and industrial facilities where water ingress can damage valuable assets or interrupt operations.

Its compact design allows installation in confined spaces without complex wiring or infrastructure. Unlike leak detection cable systems that monitor long distances, the spot leak sensor provides highly targeted protection for specific pieces of equipment or high-risk locations, making it an economical solution where individual leak points need to be monitored.

When connected to the Sense It monitoring platform, users can remotely monitor leak status, receive instant notifications when water is detected and review historical leak events. Alerts can be delivered via WhatsApp, email, Telegram or in-app notifications, ensuring rapid response regardless of location.
