Description

The Sense It Digital Input & Pulse Monitoring Sensor provides reliable monitoring of dry contacts, relay outputs and pulse signals from a wide range of equipment. It enables organisations to remotely monitor equipment status, count pulses and receive immediate notification when monitored inputs change state.

The sensor is suitable for monitoring door contacts, gates, roller shutters, security systems, equipment alarms, relay outputs, pump run status, generator status, machine operation and many other digital signals. It also supports pulse counting from utility meters, allowing electricity, water, gas and other consumption meters with pulse outputs to be monitored remotely.

Its versatile digital input allows integration with existing equipment without requiring major modifications, making it ideal for both retrofit and new installations. Pulse counting enables organisations to monitor utility consumption, production counts and equipment operation using existing pulse-enabled meters and sensors.

When connected to the Sense It monitoring platform, users can view live input status, pulse counts and historical events from any location. Alarm notifications can be delivered via WhatsApp, email, Telegram or in-app notifications whenever monitored equipment changes state or predefined thresholds are reached.

The compact battery-powered design enables installation where mains power is unavailable, while its rugged enclosure provides reliable operation in demanding indoor and outdoor environments.
